1100 Aluminium Alloy

1100 Aluminium Alloy

1100 Aluminium Alloy is a non-heat treatable, commercially pure aluminum with strong corrosion resistance and high electrical and thermal conductivity. 1100 is one of the widest used alloys due to its excellent welding characteristics and forming properties in annealed states. Alloy 1100 is soft and ductile, so it is suitable for bending, spinning, drawing, stamping, roll forming, and many other applications that require intricate forming.

1100 Aluminium Alloy is widely used in the chemical and food processing industries, and for giftware, heat exchanger fins, spun hollowware, dials and name plates, decorative parts, cooking utensils, rivets and reflectors, and in sheet metal work.
